No! My coaching is completely online, which means you can apply no matter where you live. As long as you have access to a gym (or let me know if you're training at home), a smartphone, and are ready to commit to the process, I'd love to hear your story.

Absolutely. Whether you're brand new to strength training or you've been in the gym for years, every program is customized to your experience level, goals, and lifestyle. You don't need to "get in shape first" to apply, that's exactly what coaching is for.

This year, I'll also be awarding a number of Partial Coaching Scholarships to applicants whose stories and goals truly stand out. If you're not selected for the Full Scholarship, you may still be invited to work with us at a reduced investment.

A Partial Scholarship provides a reduced investment toward my 1:1 coaching program. The exact scholarship awarded will vary based on your application. My goal is to help as many deserving women as possible while ensuring every client receives the highest level of coaching and support.

Every application is personally reviewed by me. I'm not looking for the "perfect" applicant or the biggest transformation. I'm looking for women who are ready for change, open to coaching, and committed to showing up for themselves. Your honesty, willingness to grow, and alignment with the MBody coaching philosophy matter far more than where you're starting.

Applications will close on July 11, after which I'll begin reviewing every submission and inviting selected applicants to discovery calls. Scholarship recipients will be notified shortly after, and coaching will begin once the selection process is complete.
